REALLY BAD ACCOUNTING SYSTEM

0n 8 JULY 2013 I paid R9 800 into my credit card where the amount due is usually not more than in the region of R3 000. I phoned to inform them that this is in lieu of the next 3 months' payments. But in the end nothing came of this and true as bob in the end I was THREATENED if I do not pay nother amount in August (which was R 1 382) and then now another is due on 17 Sept of R3 009 that I will be put onto the "bad paying customer system" at the credit bureaus!!! I have never NOT PAID my credit card and I have NEVER been late (I usually pay 2 weeks in advance!!!)- and now Iget treated like this. I AM MOST DISAPPOINTED IN ABSA AND MORE SO SINCE THIS IS ABSA PRIVATE BANK!!! I EXPECTED MORE AND BETTER!!!
