Problem still not resolved!

This is really a way to people to loose your money as promised for finance, as on my previous complaint, nothing has been resolved. This is the worst service I have ever come across. I was promised they would come back to me, but no-one has called or emailed me as yet. I want my refund fully paid back, with no excuses.
