Total delay

As dated the 03rd September 2013, i applied for a Top Loan which was subsequently approved. As an existing client nowhere was i informed on the website that a ten day working day delay occurs before the loan amount is payed out. Subsequently with the ten working day rule no call centre consultant wants to give me a definite date period regarding the transfer. Not only is this ridiculous but totally bad business sense
