African Bank
Staff don't do there work properly

I am so discuss with your service I can not wait that my loans are finish with your people, and if ever people gonna ask me how African Bank is I'll show them to another place to get a loan! I went to fax some paper for the insurance I almost wait 2 weeks for a respones, then I recived and sms that say they didn't recived my retrenchment letter neither a copy of my ID. So I went back and ask the lady, she look on the computer and said but she did fax it thrue. After A week or so again i recived the same sms!!! Last night they phone me from the insurance and ask me when they going to get the papers!!! I told them they must follow up with middelburg becuase the lady said she fax the paper work!!! yea right!!!
