I'm waiting from the 6 sept for fnb to help me get money which was taken of my account yet I didn't receive the cash from the Atm... I've been to fnb hillcrest- no joy- fnb umgeni- the preg consultant there was no help at all- she told me there is no contact number for the disputes sectionand ppl are waiting longer than me for their reinbursement- then fnb overport city- Realto managed to speak to thokozo but he promised 48hrs from last sat (7/9/13) to date ntn. Realto (fnb ovp) called today to say a consultant from disputes will call no one did. R500 is a lot of money to just go and 1 month plus for customer service ..Wake up Fnb... Stop eating our money...
