Oneplan Health Insurance
One Plan goes out of its way not to pay out!!!

First of all I had a filling fall out and had it repaired one day before the 3 months were up. They said that tooth ache is not an emergency and would not pay out. My daughter is an outstanding sportswoman and had a ganglion removed a few years ago. For some reason it has come back, we have been with One plan since February, they wont pay for the operation. They say that it is a pre-existing condition. This is not true as she completed 2 very difficult trail runs, and competed in provincial hockey since February. She now can hardly wear her school shoes because of the pain. Before it was declined I tried to contact the Lilian the case officer. Well after 3 days and many many phone calls and promises from her secretary that she would get back to me I finally got an email saying that they only.do emails. It would appear that they do anything not to pay out claims. I am disgusted in them!!!
