My car instalment

On the 06 sept 2013 i received a call from jeffrey motale harrasing me about the monthly instalment that i failed topay in august ONLY, i tried to explain to himthat i had a huge problem (my husband no longer working) he said to me why did i make debts if i knew that i wont be able to pay and i must not tell him that because i dont owe himbut the bank, onthe 7th i got another call from a lady harrasing me again about the same issue..On the 11 i received two letters from Prudence Mnisi stating that they are taking legal actions against me and they are going to attach my house and they will make sure that i get evicted within 10 days if i dont respond to those letters. I missed the payment only in August because i had to pay for the house and they talk to me like i did not pay for the past 3 months... please help me to resolve this problem
