Why am I unable to access my cheque account online

Today I was trying to access my bank statement from my smart cheque account when I found out that the account had gone missing. I have been trying to reach someone through their call centre and could not even talk to anyone.
I am panicking right now, I do not know what has happened to my account. FNB kindly help me.
