Interrogation for wanting to cancel insurance

I called Budget insurance to cancel the policy based on the decision to remain with the current insurance company I have despite my premiums not changing. The level of resentment, interrogation and rudeness experienced with this mohamed guy was shocking compared to the stunning service I experienced when I was approached by them for a quote. Not only was he rude but he said I must go to the bank and do the reversal of thedebit order because they didn't force me to take up the insurance in the first place. I will never ever consider them as an insurer.
