A job well done to Rudzani fo r the service given yesterday.

An unauthorised debit went off on my account and he promised that he woud investigate why andn revert.

I later spoke to him and he explained about the unauthorised increase in my premium due to technical errors, he consulted with his Manager, Senior Consultant he eventually got them to decrease it for me. Though I am not happy with the abrupt increase in my premiums I am very happy with how he handled my complaint, he was professional, tried to calm me down, acknowledged my unhappiness with MiWay and how they got banking detail happy with my bank account, and did it with a bit of humor which I appreciated.

I am not happy with my increase but I am really happy with his service and thanks a lot for that.
