Good day

The fact of the matter is that I can see funds that are unavailable, in my bank account under the section "Outstanding Debit Card Authorisation",

I understand the premise of "Outstanding Debit Card Authorisation". What i could not understand is why I could not then see more information on this section, more specifically to what transactions this number consists of. At this point I was still calm, although annoyed at the lack of information or lack of explanation to why I cannot see this information.

So I proceed to the "Contact section" (note I am saying contact section as I cannot access the site again as the login controller is failing and frankly I'm a bit shocked that you are using url parameters). and see that they take calls between 08:00 and 19:00, it was 6ish so I proceed to call the number and after a few steps get told in an annoyed tone by a prerecorded message that they only take calls between 08:00 and 17:00, and promptly get hung up on. As if I inconvenienced them by making the call.

I don't understand why I can't see this information, I haven't been told why it's not there, and don't understand why listed call times are incorrect!
