I have an account with Wesbank in which I have bought a car in 2010. I accept Wesbank has to phone, sms or e-mail clients who are behind in payment (I am just ova a month behind), what I don't accept is being sent collection messages on my whatsapp and collection messages being sent to other family members who have nothing to do with my life. So tx to Tanith, she has leaked confidential information about my personal life and has caused me more emotional strain I didn't need. This is a case of bullying and worst of all breach of confidentiality with a banking firm.
