FNB one account credit dept poor service

My husband and I applied for a FNB once account in 2007. We qualify for access to future credit usage, we applied 3 weeks ago and the service delivery was poor from the beginning! I had to call the call centre numerous times as no timeous feedback was given. Eventually called the call centre again to find out it was declined!! The best part is the credit dept did not consider both incomes only the low income earner. Apparently a "new policy" is in place and no communication received from the bank. Why call it a One account then? I am a platinum account holder who receives pathetic service from FNB.
