I have applied for private finance to purchase a truck on Friday. I called 0861 900 900 yesterday and spoke to a guy who advised me that and sms and email was sent to me confimring what documents i need to send which i never received something did not sound right about the documents that was required, so i decided to call this morning and spoke to Justin SIGH who advised me of documents that we totally different from the previous guy that was required. SO i called again and spoke to a lady who then told me a totally different storie that now WESBANK cannot do the finance. GUYS which storie is true, you have done a credit check on my name which came back clear 2 of you staff tell me that documents that are required and 1 staff says that they cannot finance the vehicle on my personal name... PLEASE CLEAR THIS UP
