TAKING 3 YEARS TO FINALISE AN ESTATE?!

I have never experienced such atrocious service in my life!
Rachel Raats was the Estate Administrator appointed to deal with my late Mothers' estate last year.
She had taken over from a lady called Marlie Janeke.
Since July this year, Rachel has been promising to wrap up the Estate issue and pay out monies due to us (mind you, this is a matter that has been pending for over 3 years now, and Marlie couldn't resolve it back then).
Rachel has now resorted to IGNORING my phone calls altogether, not responding to my e-mails... just horrible customer service all round! Why can't she just be the professional she was hired to be, give proper feedback, and STOP making empty promises every month?
She had promised that everything would be finalized by July. My calendar says its September now.
If this is how FNB operates, I am in total disgust and utter shock! You just don't treat people like this. And to be given the runaround for 3 years now? Whereas Estate matters don't even take 6 months to finalize?
Does FNB check credentials of the staff they hire? Judging by Rachel's lack of customer care and knowledge, I highly doubt that.
This is one disappointed, irate "customer"!
