BAD SERVICE FROM MFC

I was under debt review for some time, however manage to cancel it due to a much better income...

Mfc was one of my creditors at that stage, and as i encounter problems with the Debt Counsillor they wanted to reposses my car! I went into a written agreement with MFC to pay more on my existing premium (R5300) and still paying it as agreed!

My problem is that the person whom i was dealing with (Jaque van Aarde) promised me (1, 5 yrs ago) that my car will be registered back into my name... MFC is currently still the title holder and its been more than a year now that i, m battling with J van Aarde... empty promises for this period!

Futher more i feel that due to the fact that i, ve comply to the agreement to pay more..to date, i could not reniew the car, s lisence, cannot take out insurance on the car etc etc... If MFC has done what they, ve promised to do, all of this should have been sorted out already!!!

MFC should compensate me, for the period i, m struggling to get the car back on my name due to them as a company...

As a matter of fact, i spoke Mr J v Aarde last week, and again was promised to mail or post me a copy of my car, s regstritation document... Help please
