3 months and waiting for approval on Home Loan

I submitted my home loan application more than three months ago with no luck apart from empty promises. I've pitched up for a scheduled meeting just to be told the lady is day off. I have made numerous phone calls with empty promises to have my calls returned. And to top it all on my last visit to try and resolve the matter, the lady asked me if I'm not interested to move all my banking to ABSA. We'll after still waiting to have my application finalised, that must of been a joke!!!
