Standard bank customer service is bad

This is now the second week that the branch in Montague Gardens dont have stock of your Deposit Slips Duplicate book we use for our company's cash deposits we do. No one is able to tell me when they will have or where i can get one. I have phoned around and spoken to so many different people. I am now very annoyed
