SHOCKING SERVICE!!!

We have been trying to switch our homeloan from SA Home Loans to Standard Bank. We got approved in July but we still have not managed to get the go ahead to Lodge.
Every time I call Standard Bank I get another call center operator (Carlo is a team leader) who tells me there is nothing they can do, no name I can speak to.
They say they can't put me through to a manager, can't give me any names, can't give me a telephone number for a person (apart from complaints which takes another 3-5 days). Basically, they can't help me at all apart from telling me that I must wait.
This is shocking service and makes me very concerned about the switch. We are doing this to save money and we started the process in April. It is now September and nothing's changed.
