Online banking problems

I have all my banking accounts with Absa but for the last few months I can get into my Credit Card account but for some reason can not get any history. I went back to Absa Diamond Pavillion Mall Kimberley and asked them to help me fix it. After 2 days they came back to me and told me that if I want any history on my credit card I must go into the bank. What is the use of internet banking if I cannot get my history and costs. Please help
