Call 0860100333 and press option 1. Hold on for almost 5 minutes and then just get cut off, twice in a row! Pathetic service. I work in the call centre industry and I can tell you right off the bat this is just a badly programmed call flow. Sort your system out!! You can't expect customers to call back because you have incompetent people implementing your call centre.
