Still Haven't Given me my Pension Money

Hi,

On the 5th December 2013. Placed a request to withdraw my pension from Alexander Forbes. At the time was told 6-8 weeks. Spoke to them and asked them if they can please get me the funds faster. They basically told me forget about it, we are not prepared to go the extra mile to help a customer. Now it is past 8 weeks, and still no response. Call their call centre and Darian is trying to help, but their are no notes on the system. The people who process the payments obviously have no sense of urgency, and don't care about servicing their customers. Somebody needs to be re-educated on customer service.
