When I called KP I was very upset and ready to take on the first person that I speak to. Much to my surprise a very friendly lady answered the phone in the Message Department. Anerie listened patiently to my complaints and explained to me that she would get a consultant to give me a call back ASAP. Not long after that I indeed did get that call as she promised. Not often that a message gets passed on, never mind getting an actual call back. Thank you Anerie!!
