I complained about fhb and now the victimising me

Two weeks ago i complained that FNB debited my account without my consent, they refused to bring my money back and further more the blocked my credit card and petrol card without any explanation. I had to close my account with them because they are bullying me and they failed to answer my questions about the other write off account i have or had with them.
