Efusal to print bank statements

I needed three month's stamped bank statements, and was refused. I was told they can only print two months, i need to come back next week to get the other month's statement. It's pathetic! I needed to get them today, since i don't have time to come back next week, i have to work! Really useless customer service. It's not the first incident at this branch. I'm really unhappy with fnb.
