Absa insurance devious increses

For over a year I have tried to resolve my home insurance annual increase. I have emailed requesting cancellation yet my bond account has been debited annually at an exorbitant increase each year. I have been into a branch, Hyde park and requested assistance for over 10 months to have no response. This is totally unacceptable and I refuse to pay for the last eight years of insurance as I have never been consulted annually upon increase and renewal. Warning anyone not to trust absa home insurance, they will continuously increase exorbitant rates annually.
