Illegal access to my Credit Report

I was notified today by TransUnion that a supplier had accesses my credit bureau report. I enquired as to who it was and found out it was Mutual and Federal. I have never had dealings with this company and have never given them permission to access my credit report.

I sent them an e-mail and have received no response
