Consultant shouted at me for asking

I went to SB Loan Ceentre this morning to ask if i can get the settlement letter for the loan that i have with them, unfortunately the consultant could not help me because i did not have an identity docment, which i accepted

the consultant became furious when i ask him if its going to be possible for me to get the settlement from Standard Bank call center of which he asked me if he is the call centre

instead of him referring me to the right channels he fused and yelled at me in front of his other colegues and clients

this is unacceptable, the name of the ill-mannered consultant is Moeketsi

i demand an appology for this kind of bad service that i have received
