ABSA Deducted money from account without asking

ABSA decided to deduct money from my account for car insurance without asking if i already have insure (WHICH I DO). when i called them to tell them to reverse the payment they told me i have to prove that i have insurance!!! and send them document! so i had to go out of my way to sort out ABSA's mistake!!!

they then tell me it will take 5 days to get the money back??!! They take MY money with in seconds but i am expected to wait 5days for their mess up!! why don't they take 5 days to get their facts straight before they take peoples money!!! I STILL HAVE NOT RECIVED THE MONEY OR EVEN HEARD FROM THEM ABOUT IT!!
TOTALLY UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
