Money counting machines

I have been to FNB Hyde Park twice this week and had terrible experiences both of the times. The money counting machine that they have is so old that it rejects most of the money, making the teller re-count it over and over and really just wasting our time! A transaction that should have taken a short amount of time has taken me double to triple the time. I will not be going to that branch anytime soon as it is a waste of my time! The tellers also needs to train up so that they can handle all sorts of queries related to the transaction as well as work faster!
