I want my refund

At the beginning of this month, i had tried to apply for a loan with several different companies, one of them being qwiekloans, i did the application on line and it was declined, however this morning to my suprise they have the odasity to debit my account with R149.00, at no time did i sign any documents and give them my permission to do so... this is the only company that debited money from my account- even though i was declined ..
I want them to refund me immediately..
