Nothing gets done

I've been dealing with Charlene over the past few weeks now and it seems to me that nothing gets done. Every time I call her, I get to hear another lame excuse why she didn't send me a mail or that someone else didn't get back to her etc etc. Like this morning, when she told me she would send me the email straight away. That was at 9.30 - it is now 13.30 and still nothing!

This is by far the worst service I have ever received!

One of Momentum's clients reversed into my care in April (!!!) I've been going back and forth ever since.
