Violation of Client Confidentiality

My private information was violated by an RCS employee, Heidi Scharneck, who obtained my personal home address from their system in her personal capacity & sent a letter to my home for my husband's attention. She has also telephoned my husband & I from RCS's offices to harrass my husband & I after which we complained to a supervisor. I have reported the matter to an Operations Manager, Clint Brink, who assured me that an investigation would take place as RCS does not tolerate such behaviour nor risk a client's confidentiality. I have received an email from Mr Brink on 04/09/2013 stating that he does not believe that there was an act of malpractice on Heidi Scharneck's part. No investigation has taken place. I am utterly disgusted that RCS would condone such behaviour and I will ensure that the media is aware that their very low standards & that there is total disregard for client confidentiality. I fully intend to close my RCS account as soon as it is settled as I have absolutely no trust in RCS. I expect this matter to be attended to with urgency.
