Apart from that the doctor patient confidentiality prohibits a doctor to reveal any form of an opinion about you or conclusions he or she might have made based upon your assessment or examination of you.""
This Doctor took it upon herself to express an opinion (that i was not fit to own a fire arm) not based on fact but given by a 3rd party (my loving wife) with out getting permission form myself or my wife 6 months after the argument. She was approached after hours for help but not to discomfort herself she referred my wife to the SAPS where my wive made a statement in effect that she was scared that I was going to harm myself. This resulted in a hearing where the dr actually came and testified to this affect breaching every bit The client dr confidentiality ethos that must be uphold

She is not to be trusted she has no scruples and but I below average tablet pusher I would suggest that you make her sign confidentiality contract or change dr with immediate effect.
