Money was deducted from my account

I was dealing with Thato Motshoane to reduce my installment. He advised me that he handed my documents to the department who deals with my request. He will give me feedback as soon as he gets any. I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS ON MY SYSTEM.
This morning i received a sms that R1337.06 was debited from my account. I explained and i forwarded my income and expenditure documents. I am in no position to pay this amount. This mean that i cannot provide for my children as i am a single mom.
