Unhappy with Service

I need someone to call me re the shocking service I receive from this company. I took out my insurance with Discovery last year. I showed certain items as "specified" items on my policy which means I can take it out of the insured premises, etc. However, despite sending this report to Discovery many times, they still do not reflect these items as "specified" items.

Their call centre is so confused... i have the various emails where I have sent the moveable asset report to Discovery but you get no feedback from them.

Their service is shocking to the extent I feel I should now consider cancelling this policy with them.
