Creditworx (S&V)
Deducting without concent

I got an sms from Creditworx this am stating that they will be deducting an amount from my bank account for payment on an account that I had no idea was handed over as I have had no contact from that company re that. How can they simply deduct money from my account without my concent or even asking me if I can afford it?
