Keeps adding ebucks and cellphone banking accounts

Hi, i am having a problem with FNB. Your systems keep adding an ebucks account and activating cellphone banking. This happened in December and again on 25 January.

This is becoming frustrating as I do not want either of these applications. Whom is adding these accounts for me as i am the only one with access to my online account. There is some of bug or breach in your systems. It seams if i invest in a fixed deposit you activate these things without my permission.

I have deactivated ebucks twice before and i do not want it ever. To delete my ebucks i have to each time liase with an ebucks consultant over the phone (as they never respond to me emails) and go through a whole verification process. i do not have time to waste doing this every month. How can i make it clear to Fnb that i do not ever want to add an ebucks account to my profile (as well as the cellphone banking it keeps adding me to)?
