Unauthorised debit orde

Hi

I just going through my accounts on the FNB online banking and i noticed that R200 was debited from my credit card for '' EBUCKS FEE '' and i have no idea for what!!! now my question is what is this for and secondly i dont even earn that much of ebucks so why should i be paying for it and apperantly this was a rewards thing and not something that i should be paying for... now i need my money back in my account ASAP as i did not sign up for this and ebucks is just ripping people off.
