The following is a copy of a mail sent to Peter Mashangoane after going via the callcentre. A visit to their branch in Clearwater mall was a wasted time on Sunday as the attitude is come back, the callcentre is closed now. No effort to assist

Hi Peter
I do apologise for contacting you directly but I thought it might be better than going via hellopeter again.
I changed my bank account and advised your client care accordingly. It was declined at first as can be seen from the attached.
I eventually got a letter from the bank stating that I had changed. This was then accepted by your client care.
In the interim I paid the loan and credit card. And then the debit order went off thus doubling the payments to the loan and credit card. I contacted the client care and asked them to reverse the loan deduction. They assured me that it would be done immediately and that the money would be back in my account the next day. I then minutes later received an sms saying it would take 100 hours. It is now 10 days since I requested this and still no money or feedback.
Do I need to go to hellopeter again or are you able to assist. I would only like the debit order for the loan account paid back
