!!! MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT

Please can someone please assist me with this. I have Teletop and Stratcol illegally debiting my bank account with R89 per month without my consent. Phoned my bank FNB to sort it out and they say they will just allow anyone to take debit orders from my account and don't need to prove to me why this is happening. They gave me the number of Statcol 0861135791 which I called and they said they facilitate the debit order for Topads (031) 8376014 / 15!!! Called them and they are terrible to deal with and said they would forward the info to their accounts department to sort out. They have given no explanation as to why this money has been debited and by the sounds of their voices I don't think they will do anything to stop this debit order. They are not prepared to furnish me with any information about this either. How can this be legal??? I am contactable on 0829003031 for other people with similar complaints for mass action suit.
