I have logged 3 queries on their website on 9th Aug (1891475) 9th Aug (1891476) and 14th Aug (1898973). Their automated email response advises that I will be contacted within 24 hours. To date, nearly 4 weeks later, I have not had any response to any of my queries.
I received an email from Portia Majozi Consultant: Complaints after I turned to HelloPeter. on 21st Aug. She requested my ID number (I supplied my UCount card number why would you need an ID number???) I advised that I was not comfortable sending my ID number via email but supplied my cell number and requested that she call me. To date all I received from her was that my query was re-routed.
