Trader 24
TAKE HEED IF YOU WANT TO INVEST IN TRADER 24

I asked Trader 24 for a withdrawal from my account, about 2 weeks ago. They approved my request and then proceeded to promise that funds would be transferred within the next 3 - 5 working days. It has been 8 working days and they cannot or will not explain why it is taking so long.
They informed me that they would look into the matter two working days ago. It seems like they are unprepared to investigate the matter as I have to check up with them each time I want any answers. They have not made the effort to contact me first and it took a firm complaint to them to get them to even apologise. My advice to anyone, do not invest in the Forex market with Trader 24 unless you are prepared to wait forever to get the money you are entitled to. The fact is that they just want to make interest off your money and are prepared to get a bad name instead of working well with loyal patrons.

I will be closing my account forever and would never advise anyone use their Services. Their attitude completely stinks.
