Smart Devices- will break FNB's "good" reputation

I have been trying to order a Samsung S4 phone through FNB, or should I say through an outsourced company that is useless. The first time I applied via an sms, I received an sms from "FNB" stating that I do not qualify when I know that I do qualify, the second time I applied online on Monday 26/08/2013, to date I have received no response back from FNB. The day I applied I phoned the call centre regarding the order and was told that it will take 3 days for them to check and get back to me. Since it is now Tuesday, 7 working days after I applied I phoned the call centre number AGAIN! The call cost me R80. And was told that I do not qualify. Which means I have been waiting for a new phone to arrive in this time when in actual fact no progress has been made since my first application earlier in the year. This is not a luxury item that I am ordering, my Blackberry is no longer functional therefore the phone is a necessity. I am so disappointed with the service i have received. FNB continue to advertise their smart device specials when in fact every person I know that has gone through FNB with smart devices nearly caused themselves a minor heart attack from the ordeal. What!
