Another unauthorised debit orde

Why do you continuoulsy allow deibts to go off my account without my permission? Last month it was R129.99, so when I reversed that after receiving the sms, the culprits knew to reduce the amount to R99.99 so that I would hopefully not pick it up.

I am very dissapointed that even though numerous complaints have been made over Statcol and similar companies that perpertrate this kind of, the banks continue to allow this to happen and then charge their clients to reverse debit orders that never should have been allowed to go off in the first place.

'How can we help you? ' By not allowing just anybody to deduct money from my account or can you not help at all?
