Keep removing my package from my profile

Hi, absa keep on removing the monthly package I'm on. They over charge me every single month and I've layed so many complaints regarding this problem. The last time they refunded me for all the months they over charged me and I want them to sort it out ones and for all out. My bank charges are suppose to be R 109 and every month its iver R 400. Absa must stop this probleme asap and fix it. I want to get refunded on all the months they over charged me! Tiered of this now!
