Absolutly absurd service delivery!!!

I was absolutely disgusted by the service that we received at the key west standard bank in krugersdorp!!! My mother inlaw and I were in there for more than an hour and a half to simply pay a small deposit! It was so hot and there was no seating for us! My mother inlaw almosted fainted, I'm sorry but it is a managers job to ensure that there is enough staff for the amount of people at the end of the month! There were only 3 tellers open and the queue was out the door, the manger Martijie Le Roux called the people for deposits to one side and stood almost on top of me and pushed me to prevent me from moving forward, she then very very rudely demanded that we get back to where we were in the queue as she was not going to help us!!! How absolutely rude!! I am completely appalled at this woman!!! I am a customer! Not a child!!
