Refuse to remove incorrect info on my Credit Reco

I took a loan from Capitic a while ago, they went on to my credit report and claimed that I have taken 3 loans from them which is incorrect. I have called them at the call center and they sent me to the branch. I went to the branch and they just gave me a letter to say I don't have any of those loans that appear on my credit report. However this letter means nothing to other lenders. This is affecting my affordability and it's a very high amount. Now I have been told to wait till the end of September for new information to be updated.
I need this incorrect information to be removed immediately!
