I have never had the most memorable experience in my entire life like that call I just made, I had a teleconversation about a reinstatement of my policy (Home Loan Protector) a very helpful AGENT (Ezekiel Khomane) a knowledgeable, great attitude, customer service champion to name a few.

As clients, we should notice the attitude and welcomness of other and we must reward customer service. Ezekiel Khomane comes across as the most knwledgeable and if I dont know I will ask attitude, this man tried to assist me with re this but due to the policies and procedures that governs his work he was unable to help me, which I fully understand.

Another Leader in knowledge is the Sales Consultant by the name of Zwelibanzi Delabantu from Springs Branch, I am telling you he always introduces the products and sell them to me which I do not understand but he makes them visible in my eyes, I have no doubt in my mind that Absa has appointed him for a reason and he always values people he works with, he always wants to help,
