Debit orders not switched

All my debit orders where supposed to be moved from Absa to FNB - so today they all bounced from my Absa account. I phoned the helpline and was informed that I apparently only requested 1 out of the 10 orders to be moved... I was in the branch and handed my highlighted paper to the consultant so this is RUBBISH!! SORT IT OUT@!! @!! #@! @ As I now have a number of financial institutions on my case for payment!
